Will you be the next Mansion Poker Lord of the Rungs? If you are, you will become $4,500 richer.
The Mansion Poker Lord of the Rungs promotion is an ongoing promotion at Mansion Poker in which players climb a ladder with 5 rungs or levels, each with its own buy-in of progressively increasing value, all leading up to cash prizes ranging from $50 to $4,500.
What's more, to make the Lord of the Rungs promotion more palatable to players of all different bankrolls, Mansion Poker offers two different ladders, one for low stakes players with buy-ins ranging from $0.45 + $0.05 for Level 1 to $30 + $3 for Level 5, and one for high stakes players with buy-ins ranging from $9 + $1 for Level 1 to $950 + $50 for Level 5.
The only level at which cash prizes will be awarded is Level 5. For low stakes players, the prize structure is:
- $50 for 3rd place
- $100 for 2nd place
- $150 for first place
For High stakes players, the prize structure is:
- $1,000 for 4th place
- $1,500 for 3rd place
- $2,500 for 2nd place
- $4,500 for 1st place
The prizes for all the levels below level 5, as in any steps style online poker tournament promotion, are tickets into the various other steps, levels, or "rungs" of the respective ladders. A first place finish (and sometimes 2nd and even 3rd too) advances you to the next higher rung up the ladder. A finish up through 5th place not high enough to advance you to the next level up could wind you either a second chance ticket into the same rung you're on or a free ticket into the rung immediately below the one you're on.
In this way, a player could conceivably start their journey to become Mansion Poker Lord of the Rungs for just 50 cents or $10 (low stakes/high stakes respectively) and not pay another dime until becoming the next Mansion Poker Lord of the Rungs.
